★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha avaliação está baseada no atendimento telefônico, tendo em vista que liguei diversas vezes e ninguém atende o telefone, se não pode atender, então não passa o número para que possamos nos informar se o serviço solicitado está concluído e podemos nos deslocar de outro município para pegar o documento. Lanço aqui o meu protesto para essa falta de consideração com o consumidor.
 Unfortunately my assessment is based on telephone service, since I called several times and no one answers the phone, if you can not answer, then does not give the number so we can inform if the service requested is completed and we can move from another municipality to get the document. I here protest my lack of consideration for the consumer.

Very precarious, but the service is good from the lady who works there. Opening hours: until 3pm and closes for lunch at 12pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28/07/2021, ESTOU A VÁRIOS DIAS TENTANDO ENTRAR EM CONTATO COM ESTE CARTÓRIO E NÃO OBTIVE NENHUMA RESPOSTA ATÉ SOLICITEI A CERTIDÃO DE CARTÓRIO À CARTÓRIO A UNICA RESPOSTA QUE A PESSOA QUE ASSINA ESTAVA DE LICENÇA MEDICA, É AINDA QUEREM TER ESTRELAS DE ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO NÃO DOU NENHUMA POR FALTA DE RESPEITO E CONSIDERAÇÃO AO PRÓXIMO.
PÉSSIMO ESTÁ ESTRELA E NEGATIVO AO ATENDIMENTO E AO SERVIÇO
07/28/2021, I AM SEVERAL DAYS TRYING TO CONTACT THIS REGISTRY OFFICE AND I DID NOT OBTAIN ANY ANSWER UNTIL I REQUESTED THE REGISTRY CERTIFICATE FROM THE REGISTRY OFFICE. TERRIMO I DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING FOR LACK OF RESPECT AND CONSIDERATION TO THE NEXT.

I asked for a certificate here in Curitiba 1 month ago. The staff hasn't even seen it yet. It's a shame that a registry office doesn't even have a phone.
