★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Ligamos às 16h pra saber se precisava agendar, disse que para reconhecer firma não precisava e que funcionava até às 17h. Quando chegamos às 16:20 estava fechado e a uma atendente muito ríspida, nos tratou muito mal. Depois de ficar esperando do lado de fora e reclamar muito, fomos atendidos sendo tratado de forma péssima.
Terrible attendance. We called at 4 pm to find out if we needed to schedule, he said that to recognize the firm he didn't need it and that it worked until 5 pm. When we arrived at 16:20 it was closed and to a very harsh attendant, he treated us very badly. After waiting outside and complaining a lot, we were treated very badly.

Porém quando se agenda pras 10:00 e são 10:40 e ainda não formos atendidos é um tão contraditório ter agendamento??
40 minutos de aguardo e ainda esperando sabe-se Deus a hora que vou ser atendido?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo cartório! Em uma semana fiz cópias autenticadas neste cartório. Após retornar semana seguinte, fui informada que eu teria que levar as cópias para autenticar é que não iriam realizar o serviço. Realizei tudo em outro cartório.
Terrible office! In a week I made certified copies in this registry office. After returning the following week, I was informed that I would have to take the copies to authenticate and that they would not perform the service. I did everything in another registry office.
