★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Precisei solicitar uma certidão de protesto, liguei 3 vezes, mandei e-mail e solicitei o serviço via whatsapp que me passaram na ligação e até agora minha solicitação não foi atendida. Nãa da pra entender como em pleno 2020 ainda existem serviços tão ruins...

Liguei mais de 8 vezes, numa terça feira (07/01/2020), às 10:45 para conseguir ser atendido e obter uma informação de como baixar um protesto de um cliente meu e qual custo disso. Funcionária Renata extremamente desinteressada e funcionária da recepção idem. A dita Renata, inclusive, passou informações incompletas. Apenas fui bem atendido após um segundo contato, oportunidade em que conversei com a Sra. Ana, que me esclareceu tudo e foi muito atenciosa.
Terrible attendance. I called more than 8 times, on a Tuesday (07/01/2020), at 10:45 am to be able to be served and get information on how to download a protest from a client of mine and what the cost of it. Employee Renata extremely disinterested and receptionist idem. Said Renata even gave incomplete information. I was only well attended after a second contact, an opportunity when I talked to Mrs. Ana, who explained everything and was very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificil atendimento... estou a 1 semana aguardando a nota fiscal de uma baixa que realizei de um protesto e eles me dizem que "tem muitas notas" na frente... deve haver bastante nota, pois o lugar ta sempre vazio... não entendo essa dificuldade ou má vontade msm de atender o cliente que pagou por um serviço!
Difficult service ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência negativa, só atendem Wpp e demoram 3 dias pra responder e não tiveram a capacidade de solucionar meu pedido.. A funcionaria Cecilia disse que iria verificar e encerrou o chamado que eu abrir sem me dar satisfação. Decepcionada com esse oficio, pois o 1 cartório de fortaleza me prestou todo suporte com rapidez e agilidade.
