Vale citar que o pedido foi feito entre cartórios municiapais.
 I requested a full certificate that came with the wrong date. I've been trying to contact you for 2 days and no one answers the phone.
It is worth mentioning that the request was made between municipal notary offices.

Precisei várias vezes entrar em contato com o cartório por telefone e não atendem, mandei e-mail com uma solicitação básica, a qual só precisaria do valor para depositar para o cartório afim de enviar um documento à um endereço, demoraram mais de uma semana para responder, sendo que quando eu liguei e consegui falar com alguém, a pessoa disse que em 5 dias eles responderiam.
Fora isso precisei de uma retificação administrativa e foi a maior confusão, sinceramente, acho que as pessoas que trabalham nesse cartório precisa de um bom treinamento, pois parece que não sabem trabalhar. Outros cartórios da região são ótimo, como de Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tiete e Dois Córregos. Façam um favor, melhorem o atendimento!
I'm from Florianópolis / SC. I needed several times to contact the notary office by phone and they did not answer, I sent an email with a basic request, which only needed the amount to deposit to the office in order to send a document to an address, it took more than a week to when I called and was able to talk to someone, the person said that in 5 days they would respond.
Other than that I needed an administrative rectification and it was the biggest confusion, honestly, I think the people who work in this registry do need a good training, because it seems that they do not know how to work. Other registries of the region are great, as of Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tiete and Dois Córregos. Do yourself a favor, improve the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um horror. Uma pena e uma vergonha que existam trabalhadores que ajam como essas pessoas, no serviço público. O trabalho é feito com muita lerdeza, sempre no prazo máximo estipulado (ou extrapolando), mesmo que seja a coisa mais simples do mundo todo, literalmente algo que em outros cartórios as pessoas resolviam por telefone em menos de 2 minutos de conversa.
Horrible. A pity and a shame that there are workers who act like these people in the public service. The work is done very slowly, always within the stipulated deadline (or extrapolating), even if it is the simplest thing in the whole world, literally something that in other registries people solved by phone in less than 2 minutes of conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma ode à sonolência e ao pouco caso. Talvez sejam de fato bichos-preguiças como no filme, disfarçados de pessoas. Eu me casei nesse lugar... conseguiram errar o sexo na certidão de casamento. Recentemente pedi uma cópia da certidão pelo correio, conseguiram errar o número do endereço, o que gerou uma aventura pelas agências de minha cidade até encontrar a certidão. Compreendo que certas profissões podem ser um pouco monótonas, mas ao menos por consideração aos clientes, poderiam ter um pouco mais de tato...
Mas.. ao depois de poucos dias, fui gentilmente contatado pela senhora Izolda que me pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e se mostrou muito solícita em resolver a situação, sendo assim, modifiquei minha avaliação de 1, para 3 estrelas.
An ode to drowsiness and little case. Maybe they are actually sloths like in the movie, disguised as people. I got married in this place... they got the sex wrong on the marriage certificate. I recently asked for a copy of the certificate by mail, they managed to get the address number wrong, which led to an adventure through the agencies in my city until I found the certificate. I understand that certain professions can be a little monotonous, but at least out of consideration for clients, they could be a little more tactful...
But... after a few days, I was kindly contacted by Mrs. Izolda who apologized for what happened and was very helpful in resolving the situation, so I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo: Burocrático e demorado demais se comparado à outros cartórios. Telefone vive ocupado. Única coisa positiva foi o atendimento do Assistente Iago.
Resposta : Com relação à resposta do cartório, a minha avaliação tem como base atendimentos anteriores ao mencionado: Para emissão de retificação de certidão de inteiro teor e de pedido de certidão de inteiro teor. Muito demorado e burocrático, diferente de outros cartórios. Ou seja neste cartório tudo é bem mais demorado!!!
Terrible service: Bureaucratic and too time-consuming compared to other notary offices. Phone lives busy. The only positive thing was the assistance provided by Assistant Iago.
Answer: Regarding the response from the notary, my assessment is based on previous appointments to the aforementioned: For issuance of rectification of full content certificate and request for full content certificate. Very time-consuming and bureaucratic, unlike other notary offices. In other words, everything takes a lot longer at this office!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literalmente o pior cartório do Estado, se nao for do Brasil. Lá os prazos são realmente cumpridos, mas isso não e algo positivo, dão um mês para procurar um documento e respondem no ultimo dia na última hora. Precisei fazer uma busca no cartório de Itatiba, resultado: em alguns minutos ja estava com todas as informações que precisava, isso sim é um cartório de qualidade. Nada contra os funcionários Iago e Raquel, que são educados e nunca me desrespeitaram, mas esse cartório precisa melhorar muito no quesito velocidade, ja passou da hora deles terem um site e digitalizar todo o acervo de documentos, como outros ja estao fazendo.
Literally the worst registry office in the state, if not in Brazil. There the deadlines are really met, but that is not a positive thing, they give them a month to look for a document and they respond on the last day at the last minute. I had to search the registry in Itatiba, the result: in a few minutes I already had all the information I needed, this is a quality registry. Nothing against the employees Iago and Raquel, who are polite and never disrespected me, but this office needs to improve a lot in terms of speed, it's past time for them to have a website and digitize the entire collection of documents, as others are already doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É incrível como parece que esse cartório faz de tudo para NÃO nos auxiliar nos processos. Documentos com erros grotescos criados por eles mesmos, e mesmo assim não nos auxiliam. Inacreditável.
It's amazing how it seems that this notary does everything to NOT help us in the processes. Documents with grotesque errors created by themselves, and even then they don't help us. Unbelievable.
