Telephone contact is practically impossible, and when luckily they answer. There is no clarity in the information that passes. I received two different pieces of information. Giving 3 stars because I was attended at the counter by a nice girl and in the last phone call the boy helped me with the correct information. the rest of the service needs to align better.
