★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui atualizar minha certidão de nascimento. Demorou mais do que imaginava para ser atendido. Estava cansado e com fome. Havias duas moças no atendimento geral e muita gente esperando. Mas quero ressaltar aqui a simpatia dos funcionários. As duas mulheres eram rindo e atendiam com sorriso no rosto, buscando saídas quando alguém esquecia alguma documentação. Da mesma forma o rapaz do caixa tirava as dúvidas com muita paciência.
 Today I went to update my birth certificate. It took longer than I imagined to be serviced. I was tired and hungry. There were two girls in general care and a lot of people waiting. But I want to emphasize the friendliness of the employees here. The two women were laughing and answered with a smile on their face, looking for ways out when someone forgot some documentation. In the same way, the boy at the checkout answered his doubts with great patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO fazem de tudo para dificultar, um simples reconhecimento de firma criam uma tempestade, principalmente uma mulher morena forte que atende no caixa e no balcão ao mesmo tempo, uma arrogância desnecessária...Tomara que eu não PRECISE IR LÁ MAIS NUNCA vou procurar outros cártorios. Vale lembrar que esse tipo de tratamento é com todos percebi pelo tempo que eu estive lá e pelos atendimentos aos telefonemas.

Alguem ensine a ela que bom dia boa tarde e boa noite existe sem acepcia de pessoas. Detestei ter que passar por ela e trocar energia com gente tao despreparada .
Ou vcs reciclam os fucionarios de vcs ou o feeback so vai ser negativo pela incompetencia de pessoas que se acha demais . Chama-la de mal educada pra mim ainda foi pouco. Quando na verdade ela nem deveria esta ali
