 I opened a firm, did DUT and transfer on a Friday afternoon at this registry office and it shouldn't have taken more than 1 hour. Very good.

Na recepção o local de dúvidas é junto com a entrega de senhas e isso demora pra entregar uma senha devido ele ficar tirando dúvidas e o rapaz que fica nesse local é super grosso e mal educado. Um senhor q estava na minha frente perguntou a ele o valor somado de abertura de firma procuração pública, ele simplesmente disse: o senhor que some ??♀️. Atendimento sempre deve ser priorizado.

Os preços geralmente de cartório são caros e o atendimento achei 80% satisfatório.
Tem ar condicionado no local e tem várias cadeiras para você sentar e aguardar.
Estacionamento é que não tem um específico para o local, mas na rua da para vários veículos pararem perto.
Notary moved to this location a short time ago and I really liked the place, the cleanliness, the number of employees.
The notary's prices are usually expensive and the service I found to be 80% satisfactory.
There is air conditioning on site and there are several chairs for you to sit and wait.
Parking is not specific for the location, but on the street there are several vehicles to stop close by.
