Móveis fracos e sem qualidade!
Não tem respeito pelo cliente.... estou aguardando a devolução dos meus móveis que foram devolvidos pela segunda vez para arrumar em menos de um ano e quase sem uso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, no dia 01/10 mandei meu projeto para o vendedor explicando quais seriam os ambientes, qual seria o padrão dos moveis etc.... Até hoje não obtive nenhum retorno. Descaso com o cliente.
Very bad, on 10/01 I sent my project to the salesman explaining what would be the environments, what would be the pattern of the furniture etc ... Until today I have not received any return. Negligence with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, vendedoras com má vontade, desconhecem os valores precisam entrar em uma sala privada e consultar uma pessoa que passa os preços, sem conhecimento técnico, a maioria dos produtos só existem em catálogos, além disso no meio do atendimento a vendedora foi embora e tudo que tinha orçado foi perdido.mandaram eu ir embora e perguntar por watsapp. Nunca recebi uma tratamento tão vergonhoso.descaso total

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com bons produtos, mas com um péssimo atendimento. Por duas vezes estive na loja para comprar, mas parece que o foco deles é pegar obra, projeto e não vender o que queremos. Na primeira vez fechamos em São Paulo mesmo, pois a pessoa que estava na loja disse que estava ocupado para atender e quem me atendia estava fora. Teria que voltar para São Paulo e agendar outro dia para fechar o pedido. Na segunda vez ficamos um tempão na loja escolhendo tudo, depois informaram que não tinham os valores e enviariam por WhatsApp. Somente após ligar cobrando enviaram os valores. Fechamos em uma loja com atendimento ótimo chamado Tendência Decorações. Não recomendo para ninguém.
Store with good products, but poor service. I've been to the store twice to buy, but it seems that their focus is to get the work, project and not sell what we want. The first time we closed in São Paulo, because the person who was in the store said he was busy to attend and whoever served me was out. I would have to go back to São Paulo and schedule another day to close the order. The second time we stayed in the store for a long time choosing everything, then they informed that they didn't have the values and would send it via WhatsApp. Only after calling charging did they send the values. We closed in a store with great service called Tendência Decorações. I don't recommend it to anyone.
