★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje dia 27 11 2020 as18 Horas e 50 minutos nas lojas Teddy de Caraguatatuba para comprar 2 embalagens para presente e o funcionário não permitiu minha entrada alegando que já estavam fechando sendo que o horário de fechamento é as 19:00. Achei uma tremenda falta de respeito e de valorização. Compro nessa loja desde que abriu mas depois do ocorrido procurarei outros lugares que se importam com seu cliente.
I was today 27 11 2020 at 18 hours and 50 minutes at Teddy stores in Caraguatatuba to buy 2 gift packages and the employee did not allow me to enter, claiming they were already closing and the closing time is 19:00. I found a tremendous lack of respect and appreciation. I shop at this store since it opened but after that I will look for other places that care about your customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hj com minha familia ,logo na entrada tinha um funcionário que acho que e segurança da loja,um rapaz com cara fechada entramos eu o cumprimentei com bom dia o mesmo não respondeu,acho que se pessoas que trabalham com o público tinha que ser no minimo educado.
I went today with my family, right at the entrance there was an employee who I think is the store's security, a guy with a frown, we walked in I greeted him good morning, he didn't answer, I think if people who work with the public it had to be in the minimal polite.
