★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um livro pela estante virtual em outubro de 2013, eles informaram um código de postagem que nunca saía de Pernambuco, depois de inúmeros e-mails que enviei me mandaram uma desculpa de que tinha havido erro na postagem dos correios mas que seria resolvido, até hoje não recebi o livro. Ou são muito incompetentes ou simplesmente estelionatários.
I bought a book by the virtual shelf in October 2013, they reported a posting code that never left Pernambuco, after numerous emails that I sent sent me an excuse that there had been an error in the post office but that it would be resolved, until I did not receive the book today. Either they are very incompetent or just plain stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um livro de Direito Constitucional a mais de um mês, e até hoje não vi o livro, ja mandei vários E-mails e nos que me retornaram deram duas explicações mais até hoje não vi o o meu livro, chegaram a colocar meu livro nos correios, mas nunca saiu de Olinda. Mandei um E-mail essa semana assim como a um mês faço e até hoje não me responderam. Ja comprei outros livros na Estante Virtual e esse é o primeiro que me deu problema, o número que encontrei ja liguei e não existe. Espero uma resposta de onde está meu livro, porque mês vem faz dois meses que comprei o livro, e até hoje não chegou.
