Fui presencialmente não tinha nenhum atendente.... O moço bem q tentou me atende mas não sabia mexer no sistema....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento Fazia alinhamento e balanceamento nessa loja e na última vez que levei lá me decepinei pois desalinharam todo ficou horrivel na verdade eles fingem que fazem o alinhamento podem perceber que na hora que coloca o carro pra fazer o alinhamento te chamam pra acertar o valor .O meu carro é um prisma 2019 e não pode fazer qualquer tipo de alinhamento , eles não tem preparo pra isto .fazem o alinhamento de qualquer jeito no olho ficam lá embaixo fingindo e nem olham para ver o alinhamento do dispositivo.Nunca mais levo né

Há e tem mais levei par consertar o alinhamento que tava horrível e o mecânico colocou no olhometro o grau necessário para dar certo.
So far I was aligning and balancing at this store and the last time I took it there I got disappointed because they misaligned everything was horrible in fact they pretend they do the alignment they can see that when you put the car to do the alignment they call you to set the value .My car is a 2019 prism and it can't do any kind of alignment, they're not prepared for this .they do the alignment anyway in the eye, they stay down there pretending and don't even look to see the alignment of the device.
