Combinei com o vendedor de nome Kleber q iria pegar as 13 hrs do dia de hj. Pedi a um amigo p pegar e junto levou a nota fiscal. Depois de 1 hr esperando, disseram q não estavam achando a venda. Com muita educação foi mostrada a nota e o vendedor de nome Cleber disse q não havia separado nada e que só poderia entregar amanhã e complementou dizendo: q s não quisesse cancelasse a venda. Peço ao superior desse vendedor que verifique junto ao Cleber que a forma de tratar um cliente não é essa. Eu estava ao telefone com ele e o mesmo desligou e minha cara.Porém, a todo instante desdenhando de mim. Dêem uma olhada nas câmeras e verifiquem o comportamento do péssimo funcionário de vcs.
