The esfiha is good but the delivery is horrible, you pay to be poorly served. Badly educated biker... if there's a next time I'd prefer to pick up the order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega horrível. Demora muito, vem pedido errado, para trocar é um parto, parece que fazem de propósito para você desistir e aceitar o pedido errado e frio.
Horrible delivery. It takes a long time, the wrong order comes, to change it is a delivery, it seems that they do it on purpose so you can give up and accept the wrong and cold order.

I bought a pizza and it came all twisted and they didn't want to solve it, I called there but they said that it's not their fault and that they won't do anything about it.

Vários atendentes e ninguém saiu do balcão para atender.
Não recomendo para ninguém ,pois hj cheguei lá às 20:53 hs fiz meu pedido no balcão pois ninguém veio me atender na mesa..
Após fazer o pedido para comer no salão..
Esperei quase 40 minutos para que alguém me trouxessem meu pedido mais isso não aconteceu..
Qdo me chamaram o pedido veio errado.. ( era para comer no salão , trouxeram como delivery )
Pedi para trocar pois disse que era salão..
Mais outra demora..
Desisti e pedi para trazer estorno do meu cartão..
O inesperado aconteceu não sabiam fazer o estorno..
Ninguém sabia qual máquina foi utilizada..
Isso é vergonhoso..
Eu era cliente a mais de 2 anos ..
Estava aí todo final de semana..
Não volto nunca mais e não recomendo a ninguém..
Atendimento péssimo funcionários desmotivados, até parece que estão fazendo favor para o cliente.....

I don't recommend it to anyone, because today I got there at 20:53 pm I placed my order at the counter because no one came to serve me at the table..
After ordering to eat in the lounge..
I waited almost 40 minutes for someone to bring me my order but that didn't happen..
When they called me, the order came wrong.. (it was to eat in the salon, they brought it as delivery)
I asked to change it because it said it was a salon..
Another delay..
I gave up and asked to return my card..
The unexpected happened they didn't know how to chargeback..
Nobody knew which machine was used.
This is embarrassing..
I was a customer for over 2 years..
I was there every weekend.
I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone.
Terrible service unmotivated employees, it seems like they are doing the customer a favor.....
