Um dos proprietarios solicitam dinheiro adiantado para transacoes mal explicadas, como por exemplo o adiantamento no valor de R$10 mil reais para um terreno que estava a venda mas com a documentacao irregular. Nao recomendo esta imobiliaria para pessoas idoneas devido aos proprietarios que nao honram suas palavras e prejudicam seus clientes. Alem de nao estar registrada na Receita Federal (nao recolhe impostos) e ter um processo contra a mesma no valor de R$63.000 em Embu das Artes. Proprietario: Jose Eldes Nascimento.
