★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa pensa somente em faturar, o cliente não é importante, principalmente se não for do mesmo grupo religioso.
Comprei um arco não fiquei satisfeita com a qualidade do mesmo, é muito pesado, os fios da crina soltam tudo a madeira machuca o dedo, ainda tive que ouvir que fui eu que escolhi então tenho que jogar fora e comprar outro, pq o código do consumidor os respalda!!
Enfim...não tem troca, não tem negociação e eles não precisam que os clientes voltam pois parece que já estão ricos!!!
E o vendedor muito apressado, pois precisava sair!!!
Atendimento péssimo, não volto mais...
