★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pareceu-me amador. A pessoa queria me cobrar a visita, caso eu não trocasse a bateria com eles, se trocasse não cobraria, e ainda afirmou que a mesma estava morta. Não acreditei, pois ainda estava na garantia, e optei por uma segunda opinião em outro lugar, onde foi verificado que a bateria estava carregando e com carga, portanto, em perfeito estado, sem nenhuma necessidade de trocar. Quando dei o retorno para o rapaz pelo qual fui atendido, fui tratado com grosseria, e ficou claro o despreparo do mesmo, para lidar com os clientes. Não indico os serviços dessa empresa de jeito nenhum!

I did not believe it, because it was still under warranty, and I opted for a second opinion elsewhere, where it was verified that the battery was charging and charged, therefore, in perfect condition, without any need to change. When I returned to the boy I was treated for, I was treated rudely, and it was clear that he was unprepared to deal with customers. I do not recommend the services of this company at all!
