Venho informar minha insatisfação com o atendimento via telefone, precisei ligar 2 vezes pra ser atendido pelos vendedores, além de serem mal educados desligaram o telefone sem nem dar satisfação.
Não tiveram atenção nenhuma, precisava comprar 4 pneus, como seriam pra pedido não deram importância.
Já sou cliente, comprei meus últimos pneus com vcs e já recomendei pra muitas outras pessoas por serem pneus de qualidade e bom preço. Mas não recomendo mais e nem compro com vcs, educação ainda é um valor pra mim, e trato todos como gosto de ser tratado, prefiro pagar mais caro em outro lugar e ser tratado como gente!

Good Morning!
I come to inform my dissatisfaction with the service via phone, I had to call 2 times to be attended by the salespeople, besides being rude they hung up the phone without even giving satisfaction.
They didn't have any attention, I needed to buy 4 tires, as they would be for order, they didn't give importance.
I am already a customer, I bought my latest tires with you and I have already recommended them to many other people because they are quality tires and good prices. But I don't recommend it anymore and I don't even buy it with you, education is still a value for me, and I treat everyone as I like to be treated, I prefer to pay more dearly elsewhere and be treated like people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja de Eunápolis ainda tem um atendimento bom, mas a loja de Porto Seguro o atendimento é péssimo, funcionários lentos, não fazer questão de vender.
The Eunápolis store still has good service, but the Porto Seguro store the service is terrible, slow employees, not making a point of selling.
