★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os bolos são deliciosos e macios, muito gostosos. Mas como sou diabética, compro o integral diet, que tbm são saborosos. Pena que não tem todos os dias. Estão de parabéns, principalmente a boleira, mãos de fada.
 The cakes are delicious and soft, very delicious. But as I am diabetic, I buy the whole diet, which is also tasty. Too bad it doesn't have it every day. Congratulations, especially the cake, fairy hands.

My experience was and is very good! Excellent service, all very friendly and attentive. The cakes are delicious. Including whole grain cakes. Congratulations to the whole team. Cakes without comparison...all are sensational, but the apple and nut and the cornmeal with guava are unique. It's already made me hungry!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente está sendo péssima a minha experiência com a Casa de Bolos. Estive na loja na manhã do dia 10/02/22 e encomendei a entrega de dois bolos parado dia 11/02/22 as 15:00horas , paguei pelo pedido e entrega no mesmo momento. Até agora as 18:15 do dia 11/02/22 não recebi a entrega . Entro em contato pelo telefone da loja a atendente informa que a entrega já saiu e não toma nenhuma outra ação.
Infelizmente não há como ficar satisfeito com um atendimento que você paga e nem se comprometem em realizar a entrega.
A entrega foi realizada as 19:10. Apesar da demora na entrega valeu muito a pena pois os bolos estavam ótimos. Obrigada.
Unfortunately, my experience with Casa de Bolos is being bad. I was in the store on the morning of 02/10/22 and ordered the delivery of two cakes stopped on 02/11/22 at 3:00 pm, I paid for the order and delivery at the same time. Until now at 18:15 on 02/11/22 I have not received the delivery. I contact the store's phone number, the attendant informs that the delivery has already left and does not take any other action.
Unfortunately, there is no way to be satisfied with a service you pay for, nor do they commit to delivering.
Delivery was made at 19:10. Despite the delay in delivery, it was worth it because the cakes were great. Thanks.
