★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei um bolo ontem para entregar hoje as 11hs, como não chegou liguei as 11:30hs perguntando do pedido, informaram que estavam preparando os pedidos e já ia entregar. As 12:40 não chegou, tornei a ligação. Para minha surpresa falaram que não tinha o bolo da encomenda. Falta de respeito com o cliente que compra toda semana, porque não meu pedido tinha meu telefone. Tem muitas lojas igual. Vou comprar em outra.
I ordered a cake yesterday to deliver today at 11am, as it didn't arrive, I called 11:30 am asking about the order, they said they were preparing the orders and was about to deliver. At 12:40 it didn't arrive, I made the call. To my surprise, they said they didn't have the order cake. Lack of respect for the customer who buys every week, because my order didn't have my phone. It has many stores alike. I will buy in another.

Os bolos são ótimos, os preços razoáveis mas o atendente é muito mau humorado, beira a falta de educação. Já não é a primeira vez que eu ou alguém da minha família ficamos constrangidos na loja por alguma grosseria. Não consigo entender o por que. Gente, troquem esse atendente ou eduquem ele. Porque sinceramente só compro ainda aí por ser mais próximo de casa. Não vale o aborrecimento. Na próxima vou filmar.
Barata Ribeiro store - embarrassing service
The cakes are great, the prices are reasonable but the attendant is very grumpy, bordering on impolite. It is not the first time that I or someone in my family has been embarrassed in the store by some rudeness. I can't understand why. Guys, change this attendant or educate him. Because honestly, I only buy there because it's closer to home. It's not worth the hassle. Next time I'm going to film.
