The cakes are great, but the service that leaves much to be desired, and the delay in delivery often makes me give up on the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento via Whatsapp excelente, respostas rápidas. Maass quanto a entrega, PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, agendei 2 dias antes entrega pra hoje 09h, até esse momento 10h30 estou sem os bolos. Não recomendo pedir entrega, podem se frustrar num dia que era pra ser especial.
Excellent service via Whatsapp, quick responses. Maass as for delivery, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I scheduled 2 days before delivery for today 09h, until this moment 10:30 am without the cakes. I don't recommend ordering delivery, they can get frustrated on a day that was supposed to be special.

I've bought it a few times and I have nothing to complain about. Always a delight, and this last time my cake came home warm - as if it had just come out of the oven. It was delicious.
