★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bolo é bom, mas a entrega durou 2 horas e 30 minutos . Se for para o café da tarde faça o pedido no momento do café da manhã ou antes do almoço .
 The cake is good, but the delivery took 2 hours and 30 minutes. If you go for breakfast, order at breakfast or before lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui a Casa do Bolo e me interessei por um mini bolo. Não tinha interesse em comprar um bolo grande, já que somente eu o comeria. Encarei a fila que estava um pouco grande e qual não foi a minha surpresa quando a atendente me disse que não poderiam vender somente o mini bolo, já que segundo a política da casa, este deveria ser vendido com um outro produto (com um bolo de pote, por exemplo). Disse a ela que essa informação deveria estar escrita no quadro de descrição dos bolos, já que me pouparia tempo. No entanto, acredito que esse detalhe não estava descrito, pois seria constatada a venda casada (inciso I do artigo 39 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor) o que é proibido por lei. Solicito que revejam essa "política". Obrigada.
Today I went to Casa do Bolo and got interested in a mini cake. I had no interest in buying a big cake, as only I would eat it. I faced the queue, which was a little long and what was my surprise when the attendant told me that they could not sell only the mini cake, as according to the house policy, it should be sold with another product (with a cake pot, for example). I told her that this information should be written on the cake description board, as it would save me time. However, I believe that this detail was not described, as tie-in sales would be verified (item I of article 39 of the Consumer Protection Code), which is prohibited by law. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os bolos são bons e já pedi várias vezes. No entanto, já ocorreu de o pedido atrasar bastante e na última vez empurraram um bolo de pote e qd recebi, vi que estava vencido. Hoje pedi um bolo com cobertura, mas a cobertura veio à parte e o bolo no papel. O bolo seria para enviar a uma festinha e desse jeito, não é nada prático tendo em vista que tive que providenciar um recipiente. Eles deveriam perguntar se a pessoa quer na embalagem ou não. Na loja do Centro eles entregam o bolo já montado.
The cakes are good and I've ordered them several times. However, it already happened that the order was delayed a lot and the last time they pushed a pot cake and when I received it, I saw that it was expired. Today I ordered a cake with icing, but the icing came apart and the cake on paper. The cake would be to send to a party and that way, it is not practical considering that I had to provide a container. They should ask whether the person wants it on the pack or not. At the store in the Center they deliver the cake already assembled.
