Boa Noite Sr(a) Responsável Sou cliente a muitos tempo , sempre realizei compra do Mensal de carnes para abastecer minha casa indo 2 ou 3 vezes durante o mês neste estabelecimento , mas nunca tinha percebido nada de anormal , mas infelizmente , hoje realizei uma compra pequena de apenas de 1 KG de carnes de músculo, pedi para cortar tipo picadinho, o preço na vitrine estava R$ !6,99 o KG, o rapaz pesou na balança e estava 880 gramas e poucas gramas , não chegava a 900 gramas, ao pagar no caixa , cobraram R$ 19,54 para 1.150 Kg , ao reclamar com o rapaz que me atendeu , ele disse que é assim mesmo são regra da casa , quanto pedi 1 kg para cortar em picadinho o que ele tirou a parte dessa carne teria que ser cobrado , mesmo jogado fora , absurdo!!! eu disse que nunca mais iria comprar ali,ele tornou a dizer, desculpe -me senhora são ordem da casa, fui embora indignada , então resolvi reclamar pra Central e espero que me explique se é mesmo regra da casa, Mesmo que a parte fosse jogada fora , ele teria que me dar para eu dar ao menos aos meus cachorros, porque paguei por 1,150 gramas . Fico no aguardo de uma resposta !!! Cheguei em casa e pesei na balança e vejam a diferença e a vericidade do que digo.em anexo. O Rapaz que me atendeu foi um moreno alto . não sei o nome dele. Este estabelecimento fica na Rua Astorga de frente ao metrô Guilhermina Obrigada pela atenção . 2 anexos

Uma falta de higiene imensa neste estabelecimento alimentício. O próprio a açougueiro, que manipula seus cortes, é o mesmo que realiza a cobrança, manuseado o dinheiro e cartões. Ao ser questionado sobre o procedimento, o profissional mostrou um pano de uso comum, mais imundo ainda, dizendo que "higienizada ali suas mãos" era mais fácil e honesto pedir desculpas e lavar as mãos após realizar a cobrança e vice e versa.
