★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! Fui a primeira vez na unidade TORRE, esperando gostar e me tornar uma cliente assídua. Perderam o cliente e perderam a indicação também!! ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO, parecia que estava fazendo um favor, ""profissionais"" debochados, não sabem atender um cliente (não eram verdadeiros profissionais, na verdade, bem longe disso). Acredito que o respeito pelo cliente em si deve haver sempre, o serviço sendo pago ou gratuito, nesse caso, foi muito bem pago. É uma pena a avaliação mínima ser 1 estrela, se houvesse alguma avaliação nota zero, eu colocaria.
Além do atendimento, SERVIÇO DE UNHA PESSIMO! Alguns dedos sangrando, e na hora, parecia que estava nem ligando se estava machucando ou não.
Acrescento que não foram, portanto, todos os profissionais. Sempre há uma exceção à regra, mas que o respeito ao cliente e bons profissionais sejam a Regra e não a exceção!

no site da empresa diz-se fazer depilação em todos os corpos. Contei que sou uma pessoa trans não binária. Não entendi qual a motivação da pergunta que não fosse a transfobia pois estamos exaustos de saber, que há mulheres e homens e ainda pessoas que independente de suas genitais se indentificam com outros gêneros etc. Lamentável. Se você é a favor da diversidade, não deixe seu dinheiro nessa empresa.
