★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem eu tive uma infeliz ? surpresa quando decidi levar o meu cachorro (amigo) para tomar banho no Pet Shop Daniela do Taboão da Serra, deixamos o Money por volta das 9:30 hrs para o banho e recebemos uma mensagem do Victor (responsável pelo Pet Shop Daniela) por volta das 12 hrs que o Money já estava "pronto" (banho tomado)... quando chegamos no Pet Shop por volta das 15 hrs para a nossa surpresa fomos avisados que o Money estava com algum problema no olho porque o olho dele não estava abrindo. Quando eu perguntei o que aconteceu inventaram que achavam que tinha entrado um pelo no olho dele é que por isso o olho estava "irritado"... saímos correndo do Pet Shop preocupados direto para um Veterinário, o nosso Money estava muito mal. A veterinária fez os exames e foi constatado uma úlcera de córnea, perguntamos novamente para os proprietários (Victor e Daniela) do Pet Shop Daniela o que realmente tinha acontecido e não fomos informados, isso dificulta muito o tratamento, não nos ajudaram em nada, não informaram o que realmente aconteceu para um tratamento adequado é muito menos prestaram alguma ajuda.
Depois disso descobrimos que não foi um caso isolado (não foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu), isso já aconteceu outras vezes com outros cachorrinhos que vão tomar banho no Pet Shop Daniel.
Estariam usando produtos químicos muito fortes e sem licença e sem os devidos cuidados em nossos cães? E ainda deixando esses produtos caírem nos olhos dos animais ou estão batendo e mal tratando os nossos animais?

Yesterday I had an unfortunate surprise when I decided to take my dog (friend) to bathe in Pet Shop Daniela do Taboão da Serra, we left Money around 9:30 hrs for the bath and we received a message from Victor (responsible for Pet Shop Daniela) at around 12 pm that Money was already "ready" (showered) ... when we arrived at the Pet Shop around 3 pm to our surprise we were warned that Money had a problem with his eye because his eye was not opening. When I asked what happened they invented that they thought a hair had entered his eye, that's why the eye was "irritated" ... we ran out of the Pet Shop worried straight to a Veterinarian, our Money was very bad. The vet did the exams and found a corneal ulcer, we asked the owners (Victor and Daniela) of the Pet Shop Daniela again what really happened and we were not informed, this makes treatment very difficult, they did not help us at all, no reported what really happened for proper treatment is much less helped.
After that we discovered that it was not an isolated case (it was not the first time that it happened), it has happened before with other dogs that are going to bathe in the Pet Shop Daniel.
Are they using very strong and unlicensed chemicals and without proper care for our dogs? And still letting these products fall into the eyes of animals or are they hitting and mistreating our animals?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratamento horrível um verdadeiro lixo, levei minha cachorra para tosar e quebraram o dente dela, totalmente despreparado, me ligaram após horas que eu tinha deixado a cachorra para informar que não conseguiram tosar, não entendo porque não fizeram isso antes , já fiz a denuncia em vários locais com certeza terão o retorno.
Horrible treatment a real rubbish, I took my dog to shave and they broke her tooth, totally unprepared, they called me after hours I had left the dog to inform them that they couldn't shave, I don't understand why they didn't do it before, I've already made the complaint in several places are sure to have the return.
