★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pet shop em si é organizado, entretanto o veterinário não é dos melhores. Já precisei ligar para saber informações e ele simplesmente era curto e grosso numa situação delicada e recentemente quando surgiu uma emergência e fui até lá ele não estava presente.
The pet shop itself is organized, however the veterinarian is not the best. I've already had to call for information and he was just short and blunt in a delicate situation and recently when an emergency arose and I went there he wasn't there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de leva e tras onde pegaram meu cachorro por volta da 12 horas e tive q ir buscar pois ja eram 16 horas e nada so chegando la q me avisaram q tinham muitos cachorros na frente pq eles trabalhavam com agendamento mas na hora de contratar o serviço nao foi esclarecido isso e sem contar q meu cachorro é porte grande e ficou trancada esse tempo todo em uma gaiola super pequena e tava com as patas ate dobrada.Quem tiver seu pet aconselho nao levar e isso pq foi o primeiro banho e sera o ultimo naquele pet shop
I hired the pick-up service where they picked up my dog around 12 pm and I had to go get it because it was already 4 pm and nothing just got there and they told me that they had a lot of dogs in front because they worked by appointment but when it was time to hire the service was not clarified about this and not to mention that my dog is large and was locked all this time in a super small cage and had its paws even folded. the last one in that pet shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da loja mais de 7anos, desde que comecei usar o recurso do pet shop foi só decepção, mais de 5vezes marcaram um horário para o banho da minha cachorra e só começava o banho quase 3 horas depois, ela ja chegou ficar 4horas no pet shop e eles deixavam ela todo esse tempo presa na gaiola e ainda quando fui reclamar pela demora para devolver a minha cachorra vem me dizer que é por ordem de chegada sendo que ja havia marcado o horário pontual, fico indignada com essa irresponsabilidade e falta de organização com os horários.
E ainda teve uma vez que minha cachorra voltou com a veia do olho estourada do pet shop, não recomendo e tbm ñ levo mais, péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Ja reclamei algumas vezes e nenhuma melhora, não levem seus pets para lugares assim, nossos animais ñ merecem ser tratados dessa maneira. Segue alguns prints de prova do péssimo atendimento.
I've been a customer of the store for more than 7 years, since I started using the pet shop feature it was just disappointment, more than 5 times they made an appointment for my dog's bath and the bath only started almost 3 hours later, she already stayed 4 hours in the pet shop and they kept her trapped in the cage all this time and even when I went to complain about the delay in returning my dog, she comes to tell me that it's on a first-come, first-served basis and she had already scheduled the punctual time, I'm outraged by this irresponsibility and lack of organization with the schedules.
And there was still a time when my dog came back with her eye vein burst from the pet shop, I don't recommend it and I don't take it anymore, terrible customer service. I've complained a few times and no improvement, don't take your pets to places like this, our animals don't deserve to be treated this way. Here are some prints of proof of the bad service.
