lugar ,este parece abandonado ,dona simpática mas poderia melhorar o ambiente
I met him personally, I didn't like a smell of urine, there was a dirty dark medicine box, bathroom with things, the house had to be painted, there is only a yard in the front, price is good, more it is better to pay 300 more in another
place, it seems abandoned, friendly owner but could improve the atmosphere
