★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito lixo, uma amiga se acidentou e foi levada para ubá, sou de Ponte Nova, tentei ligar para este hospital e saber se ela foi levada para lá; a atendente virtual deu quatro opções, duas recepções, atendente e aguardar até alguém atender, infelizmente nenhuma opção atendeu, repetindo, um lixo.

Atendentes e corpo clínico extremamente profissionais.
Possuí uma vasta gama de exames de baixa a alta complexidade.
Otíma localização; só retirei uma estrela por ser uma adaptação em seu espaço físico, e não um hospital projetado saindo do " zero"; cumpre, porém, seu objetivo de atenção a saúde.

Os médicos sem muita atitude, sem informação básica do próprio hospital, não sabia a hora da visita, meu pai precisava fazer exames e consulta e ninguém flw q tinha q ir pagar primeiro e agendar, p dps ser atendido, quando descobriu isso foi porq resolveu reclamar da demora do médico e de fazer o exame. Não descobriram a que meu pai tinha, ele faleceu as 13:30, meu irmão ligou as 15:00 e eu as 15:30 para saber notícias dele e ninguém passou nada, se dps das 17 horas q ligaram para uma pessoa que nem mora perto, pedindo pra ge te ligar urgente. Sendo que lá tinha meu número e do meu irmão. Ligamos e foi "seu pai faleceu". Na lata.
A falha de comunicação é péssima.
