★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa, estava pensando em ir nesse lugar comprar alguns artigos de pintura mas pelos comentários que li vou passar longe. Funcionários mal educados e escolhendo clientes, preços altos, falta de produtos. Em uma loja próximo a Paulista!
A loja deveria ver os comentários pq eles valem pelo antigo pelo boca a boca. Se fosse um ou outro comentário eu deixaria passar como clientes mais exigentes, mas são vários!!!
Vou ficar com a Casa da Arte mesmo.
 Wow, I was thinking of going to this place to buy some painting items but from the reviews I read I'm going to leave it out. Poorly polite employees and choosing customers, high prices, lack of products. In a store near Paulista!
The store should see the reviews because they are worth the old one by word of mouth. If it were one or another comment I would pass it off as more demanding customers, but there are several!!!
I'm staying with Casa da Arte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senti um tratamento diferente por estar em busca de materiais mais simples. Pensei ser uma loja incrível com materiais variados, mas não tem nada ... E é super pequeno.
I felt a different treatment for being in search of simpler materials. I thought it was an amazing store with varied materials, but there's nothing... And it's super small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei uma caneta e fui lá para entender como funciona e recarregar a tinta....A atendente Anna foi de uma má vontade e falta de atenção que nunca mais volto! Baita loja mas atendimento infeliz.
I won a pen and went there to understand how it works and refill the ink....The attendant Anna was unwilling and inattentive that I will never come back! Great store but poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara e não tem aquela alegria das papelarias clássicas que sao uma explosão de cores e materias diversos. É uma papelaria nutella, conceitual. Turistas (meu caso) em busca de uma papelaria " normal",não recomendo. Pessoas interessadas em uma proposta de papelaria menos usual, menos movimentada ou procurando um tp de papel ou material de papelaria mais específico que não se importe em pagar mais caro, pode ser uma opcão.
Man and it doesn't have that joy of classic stationery that is an explosion of colors and different materials. It's a nutella stationery, conceptual. Tourists (my case) looking for a "normal" stationery, I don't recommend it. People interested in a less usual, less busy stationery proposal or looking for a more specific paper tp or stationery material that doesn't mind paying more, may be an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser uma loja com nome de referência em São Paulo em matérias artísticos, é realmente difícil encontrar cores BÁSICAS como branco no estoque. Acontece também de começar um projeto com uma cor de tinta e quando precisa comprar mais da mesma, nunca tem. Precisam rever urgentemente a pessoa responsável por cuidar do estoque pois causa muita frustração.
Despite being a reference store in São Paulo in artistic materials, it is really difficult to find BASIC colors like white in stock. It also happens to start a project with one color of paint and when you need to buy more of it, you never have it. They urgently need to review the person responsible for taking care of the stock as it causes a lot of frustration.

Como não tenho viajado...(normalmente prefiro comprar tudo fora) ...acabei comprando alguns itens que precisava com urgência nesta loja.
Só precisam melhorar o atendimento.
The store is beautiful. Quality products but very expensive.
As I haven't been traveling...(I usually prefer to buy everything abroad) ...I ended up buying some items I needed urgently at this store.
They just need to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a good store for art supplies, big variety of inks and papers, some you may o ly found it here... but in any case I recommend you to look around first before you buy here ... just to make sure you hace the best value for your money, this is for sure a $$$$ store ;)
