★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei o bolo, na filial da Rua Haddock Lobo, e deixei PAGO. Por nao ter ido busca-lo exatamente no horario agendado venderam meu bolo (que ja estava PAGO) e simplesmente quando fui mais tarde buscar nao tinha o sabor do bolo que eu havia encomendado.
I ordered the cake at the Haddock Lobo Street branch and left PAID. Because I didn't pick it up exactly at the scheduled time they sold my cake (which was already PAID) and simply when I went later to pick it up I didn't have the flavor of the cake I had ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos os bolos da Casa do Bolo desde que a loja abriu. Os bolos são gostosos e normalmente macios. Ontem, às 17 horas, comprei um bolo diet de banana. Só havia um e nunca comprei bolo diet da Casa do Bolo. Ele era escuro e estava meio feio, mas perguntei para a atendente se era bom e ela me disse que vendia bastante, só não tinha provado. Resolvi arriscar e ver se era bom. Cheguei em casa e meu marido logo abriu o bolo. Um desastre! Duro, solado, sem gosto de banana, enfim, horrível! Mas isso não foi o pior... hoje, meu marido foi até a loja para trocar o bolo intragável, duro e visivelmente solado e para surpresa dele a vendedora teve que ligar para a proprietária para fazer a troca do bolo! O cliente, assíduo, não merece a confiança dessa senhora! Ela disse que o bolo diet era assim mesmo, isso pelo telefone, sem ver o bolo! Não foi receptiva e não queria trocar o pior bolo que já provei na minha vida! Não conseguimos comer nem uma fatia fina!
A atendente ficou sem saber o que fazer, mas foi educada. A dona do estabelecimento, que deveria dar o exemplo, foi muito indelicada e parece nunca ter provado o próprio bolo diet. Levou muito tempo questionando a troca do bolo solado e sem gosto. O atendimento da proprietária merece nota zero.
We bought the Casa do Bolo cakes since the store opened. The cakes are yummy and usually soft. Yesterday, at 5:00 pm, I bought a banana diet cake. There was only one and I never bought Cake House diet cake. It was dark and it was kind of ugly, but I asked the clerk if it was good and she told me she sold a lot, just had not tasted it. I decided to take the risk and see if it was good. I got home and my husband soon opened the cake. A disaster! Hard, soles, no banana taste, anyway, horrible! But that was not the worst ... today, my husband went to the store to change the unpalatable, hard and visibly soldered cake and to his surprise the saleswoman had to call the owner to make the change of the cake! The customer, assiduous, does not deserve the confidence of this lady! She said that the diet cake was just like that, over the phone, without seeing the cake! She was not receptive and did not want to change the worst cake I've ever tasted! We could not even eat a thin slice!
The clerk did not know what to do, but she was educated. The owner of the establishment, who was to lead by example, was very unkind and seems to have never tasted her own diet cake. It took a lot of time questioning the exchange of the sponged and tasteless cake. The service of the owner deserves a zero rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei alguns bolos e gostei bastante, mas apenas bolos feitos na hora e que eu mesma fui buscar. Tive problemas com encomendas duas vezes, por deixar o bolo pago e não receber, então não recomendo. Atento para que fiquem de olho nos preços antes de pedir, pois uma das atendentes tentou vender por um valor mais caro, mas eu já sabia o valor.
Conclusão: os bolos são deliciosos, mas o serviço não é bom.
I already bought some cakes and I really liked them, but only freshly made cakes that I picked up myself. I had problems with orders twice, for leaving the cake paid and not receiving it, so I don't recommend it. I am careful to keep an eye on prices before ordering, as one of the clerks tried to sell for a higher price, but I already knew the value.
Conclusion: the cakes are delicious, but the service is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pagar com R$ 40 em dinheiro e a atendente deixou de vender porque não tinha troco e não se dispôs a ir a uma das lojas ao lado tentar trocar o dinheiro. Isso depois de ter até colocado o bolo na sacola. Já comprei lá outras vezes e os bolos são gostosos, vou dar nova chance.
I went to pay with R$40 in cash and the attendant stopped selling because she didn't have change and was not willing to go to one of the stores next door to try to change the money. Atendendo também pois disse que pedido já tinha saído e o pedido demorou mais de duas horas para chegar e não foi entregue. Não ligam para dar satisfação sobre qualquer ocorrido. O bolo é gostoso mas seus colaboradores são incompetentes e mentirosos. Pois até simular conversa de whatsapp o entregar teve coragem.
As bad as possible, the delivery person lacks the truth when making the delivery.
