Hoje fui fazer depilação e fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando simplesmente pke a gerente/proprietária (não sei oq ela é) resolveu chamar as funcionárias pra conversar (na verdade brigar, gritar etc) na hora de funcionamento normal. Fiquei na recepção esperando ser atendida enquanto ouvia os gritos dela com as funcionárias. Achei estremamente desrespeitoso. Desisti de esperar e fui embora. Profissionalismo zero!
I've been a customer for a long time. Today I went to do hair removal and I spent more than 30 minutes waiting just to pke the manager / owner (I don't know what she is) decided to call the employees to talk (actually fight, scream etc.) during normal hours. I stayed at the reception waiting to be answered while I heard her screams with the employees. I found it extremely disrespectful. I gave up waiting and left. Zero professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes agendei serviços e perdi a viagem, as mulheres da recepção são confusas, combinaram comigo um horário e ao chegar lá uma das vezes a profissional tinha ido embora e na outra colocado 3 clientes de encaixe no meu horário, querendo que eu aguardasse por mais de 1 hora. Sendo que eles tem nosso cadastro, com telefone e WhatsApp, um simples contato resolveria em ambos os casos. Porém as funcionárias são grosseiras e ao reclamar no Instagram eles simplesmente me bloquearam ao invés de tentar resolver.
Twice I scheduled services and I missed the trip, the women at the reception are confused, they arranged a time with me and when I got there, one of the times the professional had left and the other time I placed 3 clients in my schedule, wanting me to wait for more than 1 hour. Since they have our registration, with phone and WhatsApp, a simple contact would solve in both cases. But the employees are rude and when complaining on Instagram they simply blocked me instead of trying to solve it.
