Dei crédito pra eles , mais coitado do celular , colocaram tanta cola no frontal e novamente levado pra revisão a maldade foi tanta q quebraram o celular, pois aleguei q o mesmo n teve queda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha impressora, somente para tirar um papel preso e verificar o digitalizador que não funcionava, no dia 29/04/21. Disseram que iam me passar via zap o orçamento, e nada. Liguei 3 vezes (Fui tratada com rispidez)disseram não ter ainda o orçamento. Hj, dia 14/05/21, fui busca-la e eles ainda não tinham o orçamento. Pior, ela estava no chão, cheia de poeira. Não se explicaram, nem se desculparam. Péssimo atendimento.
I took my printer, just to take out a jammed paper and check the scanner that didn't work, on 04/29/21. They said they would pass me the budget via zap, and nothing. I called 3 times (I was treated harshly) they said they didn't have the budget yet. Today, 05/14/21, I went to get it and they still didn't have the budget. Worse, she was on the floor, full of dust. They did not explain, nor did they apologize. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eu fui comprar impressora, nossa o Dono me atendeu maior educação e gente boa e depois que passou o tempo a impressora só estava dando dor de cabeça só problema problema ,e ele é mal educado e não tem paciência pra nada até no telefone ele fala tão grosso e depois a ligação fica falhando e ligar novamente ele não atende então péssimo essa loja e não recomendo! como eu me arrependo ter comprado a impressora ?
When I went to buy a printer, wow, the Owner attended me with more education and good people and after the time passed the printer was just giving me a headache, just a problem, and he is rude and has no patience for anything, even on the phone he speaks so thick and then the connection is failing and call again he doesn't answer so this store is terrible and I don't recommend it! how I regret buying the printer ?

Como sugestão , seria bom dar uma atenção aos retornos pelo whatsapp , assim evita do cliente ter que ir pessoalmente até a loja para obter informações !
