Na segunda vez vários meses depois fui alugar uma furadeira, mas fui convencido a alugar um martelete menor e, sem conhecimento, não sabia que as brocas eram diferentes, então me deram um martelete sem brocas e simplesmente não usei, paguei os 80 reais do aluguel, reportei o problema e tive que pagar assim mesmo.
Situação horrível.

The first time I rented equipment there it was great, I rented a hammer and kept it for a few days, very complete.
The second time several months later I went to rent a drill, but I was convinced to rent a smaller hammer and, unbeknownst to me, I didn't know that the drills were different, so they gave me a hammer without drills and I just didn't use it, I paid the 80 reais for the rent , I reported the problem and had to pay anyway.
Horrible situation.
