★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reservei uma vap há uma semana ontem confirmei a retirada e agora chego na loja e no guiem sabe de nada. m obrigaram a apresentar contrato de compra e venda da casa por falta de uma conta de luz no nome isso porque apresentei da residência minha conta de telefone. agora mandam esperar pra confirmar cadastro com tudo isso mesmo eu deixando tudo pago. a diária dos funcionários estão indo embora por falta de organização. porque não avisaram antes ? porque não solicitaram já uma semana os dados ? irresponsabilidade e dia prejuízo ao cliente
