★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita burocracia para aluguel de coisas simples. Mesmo com pagamento a vista e/ou cartão de crédito eles negam esse tal cadastro se a pessoa tiver restrição. É simplesmente um ABSURDO!

Entretanto, a burocracia para alugar alguns andaimes é pior que abrir conta no banco e deixa o serviço da empresa um pouco a desejar. Se não fosse pela eficiência da atendente Ludmila, teria desistido do aluguel e teria procurado outra empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom. Problema são as máquinas que não são muito boas e a falta de empatia com o consumidor que não tem nessa empresa, só visão o lucro. Não recomendo de forma alguma, pq tive um problema 2 dias depois que aluguei e levei pra olhar o problema na empresa, nesse decorrer eles não pausaram a contagem dos dias, continuou correndo sem esta usando. Tive um prejuízo grande, pois aluguel não é baratinho não. Triste. Só visão lucro mesmo. Consumidor que se lasque.
Service is good. The problem is the machines that are not very good and the lack of empathy with the consumer who does not have this company, only seeing the profit. I don't recommend it at all, because I had a problem 2 days after I rented it and I took it to look at the problem at the company, in the meantime they didn't pause counting the days, it continued running without using it.
