★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iríamos comprar um produto com eles, falaram que iam tentar entregar na quarta mas se não conseguissem quinta estaria aqui, e o produto não chegou. Sexta mandou uma mensagem avisando que segunda entregaria (não pediu desculpas por não ter entregue na quinta como combinado), falamos que ok e que estaríamos esperando na segunda entre as 10 e 11 horas como eles haviam combinado. Novamente não entregaram e não deram nenhum esclarecimento. O que é engraçado é que quando precisamos de manutenção deles em produtos e estávamos dentro de condomínio eles sempre cumpriam o horário e dia combinado. Agora que estamos na rua não somos mais clientes que eles almejem manter. É uma pena que eles necessitem de clientes com essa status social. Mas se é isso que eles precisam em breve estaria indo para a nova casa que estou construindo dentro de um condomínio. O atendimento por telefone foi péssimo, mas insistimos por conhecer a qualidade da marca, como o atendimento não estava bom pedi para falar com o gerente para minha surpresa o próprio era o gerente da loja. Então realmente preciso mudar de loja, mas que mentalidade pequena para trabalhar com o comércio. Vou deixar um dica, com cliente é o que paga a conta.
We were going to buy a product with them, they said they were going to try to deliver it on Wednesday, but if they couldn't get Thursday, they would be here, and the product didn't arrive. Friday sent a message saying that Monday would deliver (did not apologize for not having delivered on Thursday as agreed), we said ok and that we would be waiting on Monday between 10 and 11 am as they had agreed. Again they did not deliver and gave no clarification. What is funny is that when we need to maintain them in products and we were inside the condominium they always kept the scheduled time and day. Now that we are on the street we are no longer customers that they aim to keep. It is a pity that they need clients with this social status. But if this is what they need, I would soon be going to the new house I am building inside a condominium. The phone service was terrible, but we insisted on knowing the quality of the brand, as the service was not good, I asked to speak to the manager to my surprise, he was the store manager. So I really need to change stores, but what a small mindset to work with the trade. I'll leave a tip, with the customer is what pays the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Liguei antes p saber se eles vendiam um produto. O vendedor q me atendeu falou q tinha sim e q o valor era 50,00. Saí da minha cidade Piedade p ir até a loja p comprar chegamos lá o cara "vendedor" disse q tinha o produto apenas p encomenda demorava 10 dias p chegar e q custava em torno d 90,00 Reais(NO VEN TAAA).

Em plena pandemia se fosse p eu esperar p chegar eh claaaaro. Q eu ia comprar na internet e principalmente por este valor.
Aí falei da ligação q tinha feito. Logo descobriram qm foi q tinha me passado a informação errada. Mas o vendedor ficou sem graça e nos deu as costas como se o outro fosse me atender. Tinha 4 vendedores. Todos sem fazer NADAAAA.
E a gent esperando uma resposta e nada.
Simplesmente tivemos q vir embora. Sem justificativa e nenhuma desculpas.
Tipo assim saí da minha cidade até Sorocaba rodei mais de 70 km. Por causa de 1 vendedor irresponsável q passa 2 informações erradas.
Brasil né. Brasil!!! E c tanta gente desempregada.
Terrible !!! I called before asking if they were selling a product. The seller who answered me said he had yes and q the value was 50.00. I left my city Piedade p to go to the store p to buy we got there the guy "seller" said he had the product only p order took 10 days p to arrive and q cost around 90.00 Reais (NO VEN TAAA).

In the middle of a pandemic, if I were to wait to arrive, it was awful. I was going to buy on the internet and mainly for this price.
Then I talked about the call I had made. They soon found out that it was the wrong information I had been given. But the salesman was embarrassed and turned his back on us as if the other was going to answer me. It had 4 salespeople. All without doing NADAAAA.
And the gent waiting for an answer and nothing.
We just had to leave. No justification and no excuses.
Like I left my city until Sorocaba I rode more than 70 km. Because of 1 irresponsible seller q passes 2 wrong information.
Brazil right. Brazil!!! And so many unemployed people.
