★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, chegamos pra fazer um exame, e descobrimos que precisava nós ter ligado para pedir a liberação do exame, que não foi avisado quando foi marcado, e vendo as avaliações desânimo ainda mais, de 10, 9 e reclamação, e pelo visto a empresa não faz nada para melhorar... Supervisora, foge e não vem da irformação, necessária, fazendo assim as recepcionistas que também não sabe passar informações ficar sem saber o que responder

Não havia literalmente ninguém esperando, mesmo assim aguardei 1 hora... Fui embora, afinal, não tem como ficar esperando a boa vontade de alguém me chamar.
Eu não vou perder meu tempo mandando feedback por e-mail. Há tantas reclamações (antigas e recentes) que percebo a falta de vontade até mesmo em melhorar...
TOO SLOW!!!
There was literally no one waiting, even so I waited 1 hour... I left, after all, there's no way I can wait for someone to call me.
I won't waste my time sending feedback via email. There are so many complaints (old and recent) that I realize the lack of will even to improve...

Qdo pedimos pra antecipar resultado é porque precisamos, e é combinado, mas infelizmente isso não é feito nem levado em consideração.
Se não dá NÃO combine. DIGA NÃO .
Combinei aa 8h e cheguei para pegar e não estava pronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a ids para fazer RM do meu filho ,chegando lá me informaram que não tinha nenhum agendamento no nome do meu dele e não souberam me dizer o que aconteceu é uma falta de respeito de me locomover até unidade e pagar uber para ir até lá nos como mãe de uma criança com deficiência já temos muitos gasto e gastar sem ter feito se quer o exame que ele precisa

Logo ela pediu o cep da rua porém não tinha certeza, ela repetiu novamente porém eu entendi ser o cpf e fui falando
Daí ela deu um grito e falou é o cep, daí não acreditei no grito que ela deu eu pedi pra não ser grossa se comunicou com a moça ao lado dando risada e falando algo, pegou o papel e colocou na frente daí ela disse vc não vai assinar eu disse vc que tem que falar que é para assinar enfim, fiquei indignada com essa situação

Then she screamed and said it's the zip code, so I didn't believe her scream I asked her not to be rude, she communicated with the girl next to her, laughing and saying something, she took the paper and put it in front of her then she said no you you're going to sign I said you have to say it's to sign anyway, I was outraged by this situation
