★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, folhado simplesmente não tem recheio, é seco, sem nada dentro, ridículo, um salgado de esquina é melhor que isso. Cara de pau servir um lixo desses no aeroporto. Zero estrelas.
 Terrible, puff pastry simply has no filling, it's dry, with nothing inside, ridiculous, a corner snack is better than that. Too bad serving garbage like that at the airport. Zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de atendimento. Em São Paulo o café é cremoso, acompanha pastilha de chocolate, água com gás e adoçante em sachê. Aqui no aeroporto internacional pedi um café com um pouco mais que o curto, veio menos da metade da xícara, pedi pra colocar um pouco mais, ela colocou e mesmo assim não chegou na metade da xícara e sem cremosidade. Pedi adoçante e ela me disse que estava em falta! Quando meu marido quis devolver o café, apareceram com um adoçante líquido. Pouquíssima vontade de atender o cliente! Na próxima vez iremos tomar nosso café na loja Nescafé, que fica logo ao lado. Estamos nos referindo à Casa do Pão de Queijo do 2°andar próximo aos portões de embarque do aeroporto internacional de Fortaleza.
Terrible service quality. In São Paulo, the coffee is creamy, accompanied by chocolate chips, sparkling water and a sweetener in a sachet. Here at the international airport I asked for a coffee with a little more than the short one, it came less than half the cup, I asked to put a little more, she put it and even so it didn't arrive at half the cup and no creaminess. I asked for sweetener and she told me it was out of stock! When my husband wanted to return the coffee, they showed up with a liquid sweetener. Very little desire to serve the customer! Next time we will have our coffee at the Nescafé shop, which is right next door. We are referring to the Casa do Pão de Queijo on the 2nd floor near the departure gates of Fortaleza international airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei três cafés com leite no Aeroporto de Fortaleza ( na praça de alimentação) a R$40 , não deram ticket de compra e fiquei pensando o valor… fui perguntar R$ 13 cada um valor total a R$39 ? Faltou troco então? Depois de meu reclamo obtive todas moedas de R$ 0,05 …. Funcionárias com comportamento desonesto e desrespeitoso, né? Dia 10/03/2022 4:50 am
I bought three coffees with milk at the Fortaleza Airport (in the food court) at R$40, they didn't give me a purchase ticket and I was thinking about the value… I asked for R$13 each, a total value at R$39? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa do pão de queijo que nao tem, falaram que ia assar mas que demorava 40 minutos, mas era mais ma vontade do q tudo. Sinceramente só funciona pq tem nome em outros locais. Atendimento péssimo , funcionárias bem mal educadas. Parecia que estavam me fazendo um favor. A loja estava lotada, e duas funcionárias semtadas e conversando atras da loja. Todas as funcionárias que trabalham na loja do embarque do aeroporto.
Se nao quiserem passar raiva, nem passe perto. Funcionária Paula , bem ignorante, quando perguntei o nome, ela ficou indagando...
House of cheese bread that doesn't have it, they said it was going to bake but it took 40 minutes, but it was more bad than anything. Honestly it only works because it has a name in other places. Bad service, very rude employees. It felt like they were doing me a favor. The store was full, and two employees sat and talking behind the store. All employees who work at the airport departure shop.
If you don't want to be angry, don't even go near it. Employee Paula, very ignorant, when I asked her name, she kept asking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad que vengo de un viaje eterno, con hambre y todos los karmas juntos. Subí al primer piso y descubrí este lugar abierto entre otros pocos que lo estaban. Mi vuelo llegó a las 2.25 am, todo cerrado (aeropuero fortaleza qué les pasó?), unos 4 o 5 locales abiertos solo en el pario de comidas, abajo no hay uno solo. En fin, comí un sandwich muy rico de jamón y queso, tomate, lechuga y orégano y tomé un café con leche y un agua mineral. Gasté 51 reales, 13 el café, 30 el sandwich y el resto del agua 8. La verdad me parece "bastante caro", el café no está muy bueno y es pequeño. El sandwich me resultó muy rico pero muy caro. En fin. No había muchas otras alternativas a esta hora. Le pongo 3 porque estaba abierto y me atendieron bien y rápido.

Anyway, I ate a very tasty sandwich with ham and cheese, tomato, lettuce and oregano and I had a coffee with milk and mineral water. I spent 51 reais, 13 for the coffee, 30 for the sandwich and 8 for the rest of the water. The truth is that it seems "quite expensive", the coffee is not very good and it is small. The sandwich was very tasty but very expensive. Anyway. There weren't many other alternatives at this time. I give it 3 because it was open and they attended me well and quickly.
