Peguei um táxi do aeroporto para o José Walter (praticamente uma reta) taxista me cobrou 40,00, dei uma nota de 50,00 e ele alegou não ter troco. (Pergunto: como um taxista vai para a rua e n tem 10,00?)
Nunca mais pagarei um serviço tão caro é ruim.
Depois reclamam que estão perdendo espaço para UBER.
 A real robbery !!!!
I took a taxi from the airport to Jose Walter (practically a straight) taxi driver charged me 40.00, gave a 50.00 and he claimed not to have change. (I ask: How does a taxi driver go to the street and not have 10.00?)
I will never pay again for such an expensive service is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peguei o taxista N°26 hoje às 14:00 horas é esqueci uma sacola com o bicho de pelúcia do meu bebê dentro é dois chapéus de praia, estou tentando ligar lá é ver com o pessoal se está guardado lá, para algum taxista trazer aqui no hotel para mim, pois meu bebê está chorando atrás do macaco de pelúcia dele, é ninguém me atende, complicado ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa de péssimo em atendimento! Se puder não utilizem o serviço! Ficou claro que o péssimo serviço prestado pelo funcionário é reflexo da conduta e postura da empresa. Chegamos com um grupo de pessoas ao aeroporto de Fortaleza, contratamos o serviço da empresa por um valor de 40,00 até o destino, simplesmente na metade do destino o taxista informou que não era esse valor, que não o faria, estava errado, nos contragendo a todos do carro, em plena madrugada ficamos c receio dele parar em meio ao nosso destino. Situação lamentável e constrangedora. Além de termos ter pagado outro valor com comprovante da corrida, outro taxista fez o mesmo valor informado de 40,00 para o mesmo destino. Desrespeito total, pq entrei em contato com a empresa 3 vezes falando do ocorrido e nenhum respaldo ou retorno. Isso porque me passaram o contato do responsável da direção Marcos e Bergues.

Dirigindo sem cuidado algum e com má vontade, costurando, acelerando e freia do em cima. Não sei o que o levou a dirigir tão perigosamente, mas se não aceitou o valor acordado com o hotel, não faça a viagem!. Não indico! Na próxima chamo o Uber!

They excelled in returning a jacket I'd left in the back of the car directly to the hotel for me too.
