I bought a vinyl glove box the glove didn't fit my hand because the store doesn't have one of each measure for the customer to try and they didn't change the box I lost the box and the money

Alô proprietário vamos evoluir! Necessita de funcionários mais capacitados, liguei para comprar grande quantidades para minhas empresas atendimento de péssimo está longe.
Sua funcionária não quer vender para 2 grandes empresas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante. Fomos bem atendidos na loja e informados que uma nova loja havia sido inaugurada a 100m da antiga. Fomos lá e para nossa decepção haviam funcionários sem máscaras, em plena pandemipa de covid e iminente epidemia de gripe . A caixa Sirlene ou Sirlei, de máscara, nos atendeu muito bem mas a pessoa que auxiliava no caixa (talvez fiscal) mesmo após nosso desagrado não vestiu a máscaras e demonstrou um certo descaso ou deboche. Sou cliente da Casa do Papel há anos e fiquei muito insatisfeita.
Disappointing. We were well attended at the store and informed that a new store had been opened 100m from the old one. We went there and to our disappointment there were employees without masks, in the middle of a covid pandemipa and an imminent flu epidemic. The Sirlene or Sirlei cashier, wearing a mask, assisted us very well, but the person who helped at the cashier (perhaps the inspector) even after our displeasure did not wear masks and showed a certain indifference or mockery. I have been a client of Casa do Papel for years and I was very dissatisfied.
