Demoram algumas tentativas para atender o telefone e hoje, quarta, véspera de feriado, simplesmente desligaram o telefone para não ter que atender mais. Sei disso porque liguei 5 minutos antes, o rapaz atendeu na minha 3ª tentativa, e quando retornei já dava como "indisponível", ou desligado. Estou tentando há 1 hora e a mesma coisa.
Always difficult to get information when we call. It takes a few attempts to answer the phone and today, Wednesday, the eve of a holiday, they just hung up the phone so they wouldn't have to answer it anymore. I know this because I called 5 minutes before, the boy answered on my 3rd attempt, and when I returned it was "unavailable", or disconnected. I've been trying for an hour and the same thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem , tenho visto que atendimento não é o forte da loja. Fui na casa do parafuso comprar o que ? Parafuso ! A Má vontade do dono foi o pior, daí passou para um sujeito que mal conseguia responder. Enfim resultado não poderia ser outro, me vendeu o parafuso errado. Essa turma da loja do FÍSICA, não se ligou que a concorrência hoje não é com o vizinho, é com o mundo digital. Anota aí, se não mudar a postura de atendimento vai QUEBRAR. Enfim, comprei pelo Mercado Livre, chegará amanhã, mas não volto mais lá na “Casa do Parafuso”.

Write it down, if you don't change the service posture, you'll BREAK. Anyway, I bought it through Mercado Livre, it will arrive tomorrow, but I'm not going back there at “Casa do Parafuso”.
