★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendia nada de toldos e não queria pagar os valores absurdos que as lojas que vendem toldos combram. Me dediquei a aprender sobre o assunto, fui até essa loja e lá tiveram muita paciência comigo. Tanto que saí de lá, no mesmo dia, com a lona já pronta (costurada) e todos os materiais necessários nas mãos, para ser montada em minha casa!!!
Como reclamar de um atendimento assim???
I didn't understand anything about awnings and I didn't want to pay the absurd amounts that stores that sell awnings charge. I dedicated myself to learning about the subject, I went to this store and there they had a lot of patience with me. So much so that I left there, on the same day, with the canvas ready (sewn) and all the necessary materials in my hands, to be assembled in my house!!!
How to complain about a service like this???
