I asked for a budget and there was no return. I got in touch 3 days later and they reported that they don't only work with a mirror. They could have given feedback before, disregarding the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou bem decepcionada com a pós venda. Fiz uma cobertura em maio de 2019, fui bem atendida, mas agora é necessário o atendimento pós venda que NÃO funciona.
Já fiz vários pedidos mas não recebo nenhum retorno para agendamento de visita técnica para sanar problemas simples como duas pequenas goteiras.
Entendo que isso faz parte do pós venda, visto tratar-se de uma cobertura que, agora, época de chuvas, mostra algumas imperfeições que podem ser sanadas com vedação.
I am well disappointed with the after sales. I made a coverage in May 2019, was well attended, but now it is necessary after sales service that does NOT work.
I have already made several requests but I do not receive any return for technical visit scheduling to solve simple problems like two small leaks.
I understand that this is part of the after sales, since it is a cover that, now, rainy season, shows some imperfections that can be remedied with sealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar, ainda que não surta qualquer efeito, minha insatisfação com o atendimento de dessa empresa, que não fizeram o serviços a contento, se comprometeram em retornar para corrigir e após terem recebido pelos serviços sequer respondem contato para agendamento da correção do box que instalaram de forma a deixar a porta torta. Lamentável esse posicionamento. NÃO INDICO ESSA EMPRESA PARA NINGUÉM!!!!
