★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja até que é bom, mas o serviço de instalação é ruim. O prestador que instalou um box em minha casa é "esquentado" e visivelmente impaciente. O box não ficou com a instalação 100%. Há falhas de comunicação entre a loja e o prestador da instalação.
The service in the store is good, but the installation service is bad. The provider who installed a box in my house is "heated" and visibly impatient. The box did not have 100% installation. There are communication failures between the store and the installation provider.

Prazos errados, materiais errados.
Atendimento físico no momento da compra incompatível com a sequência do trabalho ( seguimento e instalação).
Espero ansiosamente ser surpreendido de forma positiva até o final da instalação com a troca, ajustes dos produtos e um melhor atendimento pessoal / individualização das demandas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos profissionais, desde o atendimento até a entrega e pós venda.
Fizeram a medida errada do vidro, não entregaram no prazo que eles mesmos estipularam e fizeram uma gambiarra na instalação (a única forma que eu tinha de ter o vidro instalado naquele dia), pois não quiseram arcar com as consequências de ter que cortar um outro vidro.
Na instalação, o acabamento ficou péssimo e tive que contratar outro profissional para refazer.
Não enviaram nota fiscal e quando pedi, me enviaram com um valor inferior ao montante que paguei.
Me arrependo e não indico a ninguém.
Terrible professionals, from service to delivery and after sales.
They made the wrong measure of the glass, they did not deliver within the time limit they stipulated and they made a workaround in the installation (the only way I had to have the glass installed that day), because they did not want to bear the consequences of having to cut another one glass.
In the installation, the finish was terrible and I had to hire another professional to redo it.
They did not send invoice and when I asked, they sent me with an amount less than the amount I paid.
I regret it and I don't tell anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas persianas elétricas foram feitas por eles. TODAS estão quebrando, dando problema na mesma peça, TODAS. Eu vivo com as janelas fechadas porque tenho medo de abrir e elas quebrarem! É surreal isso.
Ao invés de já trocarem todas as peças que eles já sabem que causam o problema, ficam esperando quebrar.
A última vez foi mais de 40 dias de espera para virem arrumar e adivinha só? 10 dias depois, já estou com outra persiana quebrada.
Minha vontade é mandar tirar tudo...
My electric blinds were made by them. ALL are breaking, causing problems in the same piece, ALL. I live with the windows closed because I am afraid to open and break them! This is surreal.
Instead of replacing all the parts they already know that cause the problem, they are waiting to break.
The last time was more than 40 days of waiting to come and fix it and guess what? 10 days later, I already have another broken window.
My desire is to have everything removed ...
