★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parabenizamos a Casa dos Relojoeiros, Loja do Iguatemi, na pessoa da vendedora Zeneida, que nos dispensou um atendimento de altíssima qualidade, com muita atenção, gentileza, educação, discrição e sempre nos deixando muito à vontade quanto a escolha de diversas alternativas, quando da aquisição de nossos óculos de grau, em lentes progressivas Varilux, dentro do que solicitamos e que nos deixou extremamente satisfeito.
Ressaltamos a pontualidade dessa Profissional na data de entrega do nosso produto, que nos incentivou em negociação bastante amigável e nos despertando muita confiança, tanto que fizemos o pagamento à vista e antecipado.
Parabéns em possuir nessa Casa dos Relojoeiros, uma Profissional de elevado valor e extrema gentileza.
Fazemos restrição a outro tipo de atendimento que me concederam, que prefiro nem comentar em função das brincadeiras e mal exemplos de comportamentos desrespeitosos, embora tenhamos contratado esses mesmos, afinal das contas somos clientes dessa Casa há mais de trinta anos, quando o meu caro amigo Pires era seu Gerente, inclusive essa figura não mais existe, pois está sempre reservado em um suposto e informado pavimento superior.
Agora o ponto extremamente negativo da localização dessa Casa dentro do Iguatemi, é o confuso sistema de acessos, que nos levou a um grande desgaste físico quando nos deslocamos, principalmente no atendimento de uma “segurança mulher”, com extrema má vontade e grosseria de nos ajudar no simples e mais lucrativo centro de custo que é do pagamento do estacionamento, aliás é outro ponto muito ruim desse shopping.
Inclusive da forma que atualmente se nos apresentam esses serviços, seria melhor fechar temporariamente esse centro comercial, pois seria mais decente, respeitoso e sincero.

We restrict ourselves to another type of service that they granted me, which I prefer not to comment due to the games and bad examples of disrespectful behavior, although we hired them, after all, we have been clients of this House for over thirty years, when my dear friend Pires was his Manager, even this figure no longer exists, as he is always reserved on a supposed and informed upper floor.
Now the extremely negative point of the location of this House inside Iguatemi, is the confused access system, which led us to a great physical wear when we moved, mainly in the service of a “woman security”, with extreme ill will and rudeness to us. help in the simple and most profitable cost center that is paying for parking, in fact it is another very bad point of this mall.
Even in the way that these services are currently presented to us, it would be better to temporarily close this shopping center, as it would be more decent, respectful and sincere.
