★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei a bancada e a soleira que comprei para o banheiro, mas a instalação deixou muito a desejar. Danificaram meu piso, sujaram as paredes recém-pintadas (não só as do banheiro, mas do corredor e da sala também), esqueceram tocos de madeira aparentes calçando a bancada que foi impossível tirar depois que a argamassa secou e deixaram excesso de resina na parte inferior das bancadas (pingos aparentes). Pelo preço eu esperava um serviço melhor.
I loved the countertop and sill I bought for the bathroom, but the facility left a lot to be desired. They damaged my floor, soiled the newly painted walls (not just the bathroom, but the hallway and living room as well), they forgot apparent wooden stumps on the countertop that was impossible to remove after the mortar dried and left excess resin in the part bottom of the countertops (apparent drops). For the price I expected better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Material de qualidade duvidosa e péssimo acabamento. Instalaram duas 'pedras' na minha cozinha com uma emenda de quase 1 cm de largura. E na área de serviço deixaram quase dois dedos de reboco em cima da pedra, sem acabamento algum. No dia da entrega deixaram o material na garagem do prédio, sem proteção alguma. Não recomendo. Dou 2 estrelas porque pelo menos nos banheiros o trabalho ficou razoável.

And in the service area left nearly two plaster fingers on the stone without any finish. On the day of delivery left the stuff in the garage of the building without any protection. I do not recommend. I give 2 stars because at least in the bathrooms work was reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou 1 estrela principalmente pelo atendimento recebido no momento do cancelamento do contrato, que infelizmente precisou ser feito pois a estrutura do prédio não permitiu que o contrapiso atendesse aos requerimentos para instalação do granilite (mesmo após 3 tentativas de adequação). Foi o inspetor da Casa Franceza que recomendou que cancelássemos o contrato ao ver que realmente seria impossível a adequação, e apesar da sugestão ter partido deles, se mostraram extremamente desagradáveis e inflexíveis na hora de cancelar. O sinal de 50% do valor do contrato havia sido cobrado logo no início da negociação antes de qualquer inspeção para garantir a viabilidade de instalação, e uma multa excessiva e injustificada de 10% é cobrada para cancelamento, sem qualquer abertura a conversa e negociação, mesmo considerando as particularidades do caso. Se não bastasse tudo isso, o Jorge foi bastante agressivo nas conversas por e-mail na hora do cancelamento, foi grosso, ignorou meus comentários, nos responsabilizou pelo cancelamento e me deixou extremamente desconfortável. Fiquei muito decepcionada com a empresa, que não demonstrou o mínimo de cuidado com a satisfação do cliente. Menos grosseria nas conversas, já faria uma grande diferença neste momento frustrante de cancelamento.
I give 1 star mainly for the service received at the time of contract cancellation, which unfortunately had to be done because the structure of the building did not allow the subfloor to meet the requirements for installing the granilite (even after 3 adaptation attempts). It was the inspector from Casa Franceza who recommended that we cancel the contract when he saw that it would really be impossible to adapt, and despite the suggestion coming from them, they were extremely unpleasant and inflexible when it came to canceling. The down payment of 50% of the contract value had been charged right at the beginning of the negotiation before any inspection to ensure the feasibility of installation, and an excessive and unjustified fine of 10% is charged for cancellation, without any opening for conversation and negotiation, even considering the particularities of the case. If all that wasn't enough, Jorge was quite aggressive in the email conversations at the time of cancellation, he was rude, ignored my comments, held us responsible for the cancellation and made me extremely uncomfortable. I was very disappointed with the company, which did not show the slightest care with customer satisfaction. Less rudeness in conversations would make a big difference in this frustrating moment of cancellation.
