Caixa preferencial colocado no fim do quadro , dessa forma a fila dos preferenciais atrapalha a fila dos não preferenciais, pois o fim de uma Chega a encostar no começo da outra e assim fica parecendo que se trata de uma fila única . . . Por que não coloca o primeiro guichês como o caixa dos preferenciais ?
