★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loterica não cumpre a lei de atendimento preferencial, hoje fui barrada no caixa com meu filho de um ano no colo. A atendente me informou que o atendimento preferencial é apenas até as 18:00 e caso eu quisesse fazer meu pagamento teria que aguardar na fila única como todos os outros. Assim ela fez com outras mulheres grávidas e umas senhoras de idade. Um verdadeiro absurdo. Que eu saiba a lei não estabelece horário.
This lottery does not comply with the preferential service law, today I was stopped at the checkout with my one year old son in my arms. The attendant informed me that the preferential service is only until 18:00 and if I wanted to make my payment I would have to wait in the single line like everyone else. So she did with other pregnant women and old ladies. A real nonsense. To the best of my knowledge, the law does not establish a timetable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido e de qualidade. Em menos de 5 minutos fui atendido. A acústica no lugar deveria ser trabalhada melhor, ou a forma como a lotérica se organiza. A climatização também deve ser pensada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhorou muito o atendimento, não demora mais tanto quanto antes, todos os caixas estão com funcionários trabalhando para atender os clientes o mais rápido possível, abre geralmente 1 hora antes das outras loterias e também fecha 1 horas depois das loterias, Pois ela está localizada dentro do shopping e o ambiente permite esse tipo de funcionamento.
Very improved service, no more delay as much as before, all the boxes are with employees working to serve customers as fast as possible, usually opens 1 hour before the other lotteries and also closes 1 hour after the lotteries, because it is located inside of the mall and the environment allows this type of operation.
