★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O carro foi entregue assim como deixei. Sujo. Os tapetes não foram lavados. E a aspiração muito mal feita. Lamentável. Sempre gostei da comodidade de ter o lava jato no shopping porque otimiza o tempo. A parte externa até que foi razoável. Ao reclamar do serviço o pessoal foi prestativo para refazer a limpeza. Mas refazer a limpeza não deveria ser necessário. Por essa experiência não recomendo!
The car was delivered as I left it. Dirty. Carpets have not been washed. And the aspiration was very poorly done. Unfortunate. I always liked the convenience of having the car wash at the mall because it saves time. The outside was reasonable. When complaining about the service, the staff was helpful to redo the cleaning. But re-cleaning shouldn't be necessary. For that experience I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Recebi meu carro com cheiro ruim pois haviam colocado os tapetes molhados, lixo dentro do carro e nem se sequer abriram o porta-malas. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Poor service! I received my car with a bad smell because they had put wet carpets, garbage in the car and they didn't even open the trunk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
