★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De início o atendimento foi até bonzinho. Porém comprei um óculos que custou mais de R$ 1.000,00 pra minha mãe. Me foi confirmado que a entrega do mesmo pro dia 13/02. O pagamento foi feito antecipado. E hoje, dia 22/02 o óculos ainda não chegou. Já dei inúmeras viagens de Olinda para a Ilha do Leite, e tudo que as vendedoras fazem é enrolar a mim e a minha mãe. Enquanto houver amanhã elas falam que o óculos vai chegar e vai ser entregue! Minha mãe tem um problema sério de visão e depende do óculos para sair de casa. A CASA LUX ÓTICA NÃO TEM RESPEITO PELOS CLIENTES. NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM!

At first the service was even good. But I bought a glasses that cost more than $ 1,000.00 for my mother. I was confirmed that the delivery of the same to the day 13/02. Payment was made in advance. And today, 22/02 the glasses has not arrived yet. I've done countless trips from Olinda to Milk Island, and all the saleswomen do is curl up my mother and me. While there is tomorrow they say the glasses will arrive and will be delivered! My mother has a serious vision problem and relies on glasses to leave the house. LUX OPTIC HOUSE HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE!
