My husband bought the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, it was amazing! The finish is perfect! The guy who made our plans is super attentive, he did as we said. And the guys who came to set up the cabinets are excellent, organized, clean! We recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive o suporte que espera da Casa master. Comprei um armário de quarto e um conj. De mesa e cadeiras. O armário veio com as portas empenadas e o conjunto de mesa e cadeira de péssima qualidade. Fui diversas vezes a loja para reclemar e fazerem alguma coisa, porém essa história levou quase 1 ano. Até que sem paciência fui a loja e disse que se não resolvessem o problema eu entraria na justiça. Resolveram o problema da mesa, trocaram todo o conjunto, mas após 2 meses o tampo trincou. Acionamos a casa Master e eles mandaram um técnico para avaliar e o técnico constatou que o outro pessoal fez a instalação errada e que afundaram demais o parafuso e ele ultrapassa a madeira e chegou no vidro. Ele fez a avaliação e passou tudo isso a Casa Master e ele viu o perigo que estava a mesa, pois eu tenho 2 filhos e é extremamente nocivo para eles. Fiquei esperando um posicionamento do Sr. Wantuil e nada . Diziam que ele estava afastado , até aí tudo bem, esperamos e esperamos... Até que pedi ao meu esposo para ir lá, já que nós tinhamos ligado e mandado mensagens por diversas vezes e o Sr. Wantuil estava na loja a umas 2 semanas e nem se deu ao trabalho de nos dar um retorno. Disse ao meu marido que eles não tem responsabilidade pelo que aconteceu e que não irão resolver, pois ele diz que não se responsabilizam pelo vidro, como assim?
Eu ja estou cansada de tentar resolver amigavelmente e irei entrar com uma ação judicial dessa vez. Eu fui lesada e ignorada por ele, fora a falta de comunicação entre os funcionários e a loja. Eles não repassam os problemas dos clientes! Estou extremamente decepcionada com essa loja, que diz ter móveis de qualidade e na verdade sem qualidade alguma.
Unfortunately I did not have the support you expect from the master house. I bought a bedroom closet and a set. Table and chairs. The closet came with the doors bent and the table and chair set was of poor quality. I went to the store several times to complain and do something, but this story took almost 1 year. Until without patience I went to the store and said that if they didn't solve the problem I would go to court. They solved the table problem, changed the whole set, but after 2 months the top cracked. We activated the Master house and they sent a technician to evaluate it and the technician found that the other staff did the wrong installation and that the screw sank too far and it overtakes the wood and reached the glass. He did the evaluation and passed it all to Casa Master and he saw the danger that was on the table, because I have 2 children and it is extremely harmful to them. I was waiting for a position from Mr. Wantuil and nothing. They said he was away, so far so good, we waited and waited ... Until I asked my husband to go there, since we had called and texted him several times and Mr. Wantuil was in the store for about 2 weeks and he didn't even bother to give us feedback. I told my husband that they have no responsibility for what happened and that they will not resolve it, because he says that they are not responsible for the glass, what do you mean?
I'm already tired of trying to resolve amicably and I will file a lawsuit this time. I was injured and ignored by him, apart from the lack of communication between the employees and the store. They do not pass on customer problems! I am extremely disappointed with this store, which says it has quality furniture and in fact no quality at all.
